The Big Gay Frat House ... before and after

We bought the place in August 2005. By October, two of us were living there.

Thanks to the architectural magic of Group 41, we transformed our home from a 1950s box to a lovely Craftsman-style home. The outside balcony was torn down the day after Halloween, and scaffolding went up shortly thereafter. Scaffolding stayed up during out first big party, Epiphany. And it wasn't until two days before our Balls-Out Ball rugby fundraiser that the scaffolding finally came down.
