A risqué fairy fundraiser for Community United Against Violence

With celebrity host Brent Corrigan

Adult actor Brent Corrigan, starring as Fox Ryder in Falcon Video's upcoming film "The Velvet Mafia," will be the celebrity emcee of a frisky fairy fundraiser that will be more wild than even Shakespeare could imagine.

The event will be held on August 26, 2006 at 7:00 pm at the Big Gay Frat House.

• Several candidates will compete through raffle tickets votes to be elected the next King and Queen of the fairies ... and these fairies, and their entourages, will do almost anything for a vote.

• Julian Marshburn, Mr. SF Leather 2004, will play Puck who will accept bribes to play pranks on our court of fairy volunteers.

• Come in costume (fairy attire or "Athenian" togas) to receive bonus votes.

• Buy raffle tickets to win fun prizes, and designate which fairy king or queen candidate gets to use your ticket as a vote. Make those candidates earn your votes.

• Frisky fairy attendants will auction off tawdry tasks.

• We'll have a open bar sponsored by Golden Brands and other vendors.

• Our dessert bar is sponsored by the San Francisco Chocolate Factory.

• Joshua Alexander, a licensed CMT, will be providing chair massages for tips that go to our beneficiary, CUAV.

If you've been to an event at the Big Gay Frat House like the Epiphany Party in January or the full monty Balls-Out Ball rugby fundraiser in April, you know these parties are becoming legendary. This is one you won't want to miss.

Tickets available for $35 in advance through Frantix. There are never any hidden charges when purchasing through Frantix. Buy early, because capacity is limited and the event is expected to sell out. Tickets may be available at the door for $45, but only if the event has not sold out.

Community United Against Violence is a 501(c)3 nonprofit providing services and emergency support for LGBT victims of hate crimes and domestic abuse, and educational programs to help prevent violent behavior.

Because of the adult nature of this event and the open bar, guests must be 21 or older to purchase a ticket. IDs will be checked at the door.

Members of the media may be present, including a documentary film crew. By attending this event, you acknowledge that audio and visual recordings may be made and your voice or image may be used for editorial and noncommercial purposes and you agree that no compensation will be due to you.
